We begin with questions from Conservative lawmaker the panel's head, who oversees the group.
She opens by giving details to the disclosed document written by Michael Prescott and released in a national newspaper.
"I do not desire the BBC leaning in any particular direction, My only wish is for it neutral, impartial and just," he declares.
In response to a query if he considers the British Broadcasting Corporation is institutionally biased, he answers: "No, I do not. To be clear, a great deal the BBC does is top-tier - including documentary and non-factual shows."
However, he continues: "There exists significant effort that must be undertaken at the BBC."
Another previous consultant BBC consultant examined by the group, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the BBC extremely earnestly and that it maintains a "persistent practice and vigorous discourse" regarding dynamic and complex subjects.
"Did the BBC ready to have a proper discussion and argument and act accordingly?" she asks herself. "As I see it, affirmative, they were."
